Homemade Pumpkin pie Spice blend

Fall is fast approaching and so is the season of pumpkin spice and everything nice. Enjoy this home made recipe

  • 4 Tbsp Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Ground ginger
  • 2 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 1-1/2 tsp Ground allspice
  • 1 tsp Ground cloves


  • Measure out spices into a bowl, then whisk all together with a fork or whisk till all the spices are uniformly blended.
  •  Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months. In the mean time Use quantity called for in your recipe immediately. 


You can actually fine tune this blend a bit to your taste. For instance you can increase the ground cloves by 1/2 tsp and reduce the cinnamon to 3 Tbsp
