Bacon Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp salted butter melted
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp bacon crumbles Plus more for topping

Instructions

  • Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside.
  • Mix all the wet ingredients and set aside
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix with a fork or a whisk
  • Mix till well combined ( it doesn't have to be completely smooth)
  • Add the bacon crumbles into the pancake batter and mix in
  • Heat up a nonstick fry pan. Grease frypan with baking spray.
  • Scoop a quarter cup each into the fry pan.
  • Fry for about 1-2 mins and flip
  • Serve maple syrup and more bacon
  • Enjoy ?

Notes

  • Alternatively instead of adding the bacon directly into the barter before frying, you can add the bacon on the barter while frying.
