This an easy and fast way to make oats fufu. You need to try this oats fufu. When you do, you will get hooked.

2cupshomemade oat flour
3or 4 cups of watersee note 1 below
Mix the water and oat flour till smooth
Cover bowl with microwave safe lid and pop into the microwave
Cook on high power for 4-5 mins.
Bring out and stir
Divide into four portions and wrap in Saran Wrap
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days
If want a softer fufu, use 4 cups of water. (I usually use 3 cups) It may seem too wet after making it. Turn it and let it cool a bit before wrapping. It becomes thicker as it cools.It is important to wrap oat fufu in Saran /cello Wrap if you are not eating immediately. This will prevent the oat fufu from forming a skin over it.
