For Base Sauce:
1packet McCormick® ONE MixOne Skillet Beef Stir Fry and Vegetables variety
1Tbspof corn starch
1/4cuplow sodium soy sauce
1tsplight brown sugar
For the Stir Fry:
1lbbeef cut up into small strips
3Tbspcooking oil of choice
3clovesof garlic crushed
1mediumMedium onion choppedchopped
1mediummedium red bell pepper choppedchopped
1/2mediummedium green bell pepper chopped
3mediumcarrots cut julienne style
1small Zucchini sliced
1 medium head ( about 2 cups )broccoli blanched
Mix the base sauce contents together and set aside.
Heat up skillet, add oil, begin to stir fry beef cuts.
Add the garlic, ginger and onions to the beef. Continue to stir till onions looks translucent.
Add the carrots, stir fry for about a minute to soften slightly.
Add the chopped bell peppers and continue to stir fry for another minute.
Add Salt then add the Zucchini slices. Water/ beef stock and base sauce.
Stir in the blanched broccoli. Let sauce simmer for about a minute. Turn off heat.
