Watermelon juice is something to enjoy all summer. This sugar free homemade version promises all the goodness of a cold, refreshing juice on a hot summer afternoon without any nasty additives
¼of a huge water melon about 4 cups cubed watermelon
¼teaspoonSaltoptional
½cuphoney syrupoptional
Instructions
For Sieved juice
Blend watermelon till smooth
Pour into a nut bag or sieve and strain
Add honey syrup and salt if using

Blend watermelon till smooth.

• Depending on on the size of the watermelon, a quarter of it can yield between 3 and 4 cups when cut into cubes.
