Beef
Cut up in chunks

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF
Wash meat and allow drain in a colander
Pour in salt and spices mix thoroughly by hand.
Arrange beef in a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Make sure to space out the beef pieces.
Grill in the oven for 80 to 90 mins.
Turn off oven and allow grilled beef cool in the oven with oven door open.
Use immediately in soups and stews or freeze for later.
Notes
Tips
You can use just salt to season the beef. it still tastes delicious.
You can marinade the meet by sticking it into the fridge for 30 mins before grilling. I didn't do that but you can.
