Cut oranges into two halves making sure the stem attachment is facing up.
Squeeze using your manual juicer
Pour juice into a clean swing bottle or jug when juicer fills up. Repeat till all oranges used up.
Serve over ice immediately or store for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.

Roll oranges gently between your palm and the chopping board to soften oranges and help release the juice easily. You should do this before washing the oranges. If you prefer to do it after washing the oranges, make sure your surfaces have been cleaned.
The juice will separate after standing for a while in the refrigerator. Just shake and enjoy when you are ready.
