Instructions
Measure out the garri into a microwave safe bowl.
Pour in 5 cups of water and drain excess
Pour in another 11/2 cup of water, stir cover the bowl lightly and put in the mirowave immediately garri soaks up liquid fast so you have to be fast too
Microwave on high for 5 minutes
Open the lid and stir like you would on the stove top. The yummy garri is ready to be eaten with any soup of your choice.
Serve immediately or wrap in saran wrap and put in a warmer for later. Enjoy?
For 1 cup
Use pour in 2 1/2 cups of water
Drain excess then add an extra 1/2 cup then cover and put in the microwave for 3 mins then proceed as above

You can store left over wrapped in a saran wrap in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
I couldn't figure out how to get the nutritional info for eba. Besides the fact that African foods don't have enough data base to pull from, Garri is a product of fermented cassava. The carb content will be considerably reduced due to fermentation ( which is a good thing )
