Nigerian Spiced Peanut butter dip is a blend of peanuts, peppers and some aromatic Nigerian spices. It's a popular feature in traditional ceremonies of people of the igbo extraction in Nigeria.
In a bowl of a stand mixer with the flat beater attachment whip up the peanut butter for about 2 minutes then add all the ingredient mix into the peanut butter.
Mix till well incorporated
If the peanut butter seems too dry, add the oil and mix.
Transfer to a clean jar use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
Notes
You can make this in a food processor as well just add all the ingredients and mix too well incorporated. Sometimes the peanut nut butter may be a bit too stiff to mix. You can pop it into the microwave for 30 secs to soften it If you don't want to use a food processor or mixer, you can also mix by hand. You will need to pop the peanut butter in the microwave for abounds t 30 secs to soften the peanut butter and make it easier for you to mix it by hand.
