Red velvet waffles are a unique way to enjoy red velvet cakes waffles style. These easy to make waffles are crisp on the outside and deliciously light and fluffy on the inside blame it on the vinegar. This would definitely impress your loved ones any time of the year.
½ to 1teaspoonof red gel color (use 1 - 2 teaspoons red if using liquid food color.)

Instructions
Whisk cream cheese and butter together then add the powdered sugar and continue whisking till fluffy.
Add vanilla extract and gradually mix in the milk till desired consistency is achieved.
Mix all ingredients to make glaze and
Preheat waffles iron, then add vinegar to milk and set aside
Mix dry ingredients and the add the liquid ingredients one at a time starting with the milk mixture and ending with the red food color.
When all ingredients have been added, gently mix to combine all ingredients. Do not over mix the batter.
Pour into by 1/2 cup full into the waffle maker ( depending on the size of the waffle maker) cook fit about 3-5 mins.
