Watermelon slushy is super easy to make at home and is something fun to do with the kiddos. It's delicious and healthy and very refreshing too.

of a huge seedless watermelon about 4 cups

cup
of carbonated water or plain water
2
Tbsp
cup sweetener of choice
optional

Cut watermelon into cubes and transfer into a freezer bag
Freeze till rock solid (up to 6hrs or overnight )
Blend frozen watermelon, water and sweetener in a powerful blender
