Ingredients

cup
all purpose flour
1
cup
milk
1
egg
1
tsp
baking powder
1
Tbsp
sugar
2
Tbsp
salted butter
melted
2 or 3
Tbsp
bacon crumbles Plus more for topping

Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside.
Mix all the wet ingredients and set aside
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix with a fork or a whisk
Mix till well combined ( it doesn't have to be completely smooth)
Add the bacon crumbles into the pancake batter and mix in
Heat up a nonstick fry pan. Grease frypan with baking spray.
Scoop a quarter cup each into the fry pan.
Fry for about 1-2 mins and flip
Serve maple syrup and more bacon

Notes
Alternatively instead of adding the bacon directly into the barter before frying, you can add the bacon on the barter while frying.
