Banana Oatmeal blender muffins are super moist, delicious and easy to whip up for breakfast. All you need is a blender. Seriously hassle free and less cleanup.
6TablespoonsHoney(6 Tablespoons is equivalent to ¼ cup plus 2 Tbsps. Increase to ¾ cup if you want it sweeter)
½ cup buttermilk(substitute with Greek yogurt or sour cream)
2largeeggs
1½ tspbaking powder
½ tspbaking soda
1 tspvanilla extract
½tspground cinnamon(optional)
apinchof salt
¼cup white chocolate chips
¼cupsemi sweet chocolate chips
Prevent your screen from going dark
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 350ºF
Line muffin tin with muffin liners and spray with baking spray
Dump all the in all the ingredients into the blender. See Recipe note 1
Blend till Smooth. Then Pour mix into the 12 lined muffin tins
Top off with the white and semi sweet chocolate chips
Bake for 20 mIns or until tester tooth pick comes out clean.
Notes
To make it easier on your blender, add the ingredients in the following order. Milk, Eggs, Honey, Vanilla extract, Bananas, Oats, Baking powder, salt and baking soda.
You can skip the chocolate chips and make the muffins plain.
