Instructions
Assemble your ingredients
Mix the butter and sardines together in plate and mash it up till smooth.
Add the pepper flakes and mix in.
Method 1: Fill Sandwiches before removing crust
Spread filling on one side of bread, then cover with another slice.
Repeat process until all slices are filled and covered.
Cut off the crusts and into desired shapes. I prefer the triangles for breakfast purposes mini squares for appetizer bites.
Method 2: Remove the crust before filling
With a knife, remove the crusts from the bread 2 at a time until all is done.
With a butter knife spread the sardine mix evenly on one side of the bread and cover with another slice.
When all the sandwiches have been made, cut into desired shapes.
Serve with some fruits and milk for breakfast. Enjoy
Notes
When you cut out the crust in method 2, you don't need to throw them away you can use for bread crumbs.
To prevent the bread from drying out, before serving, cover with cling film.
