2 ¼cups self rising flour(set ¼ cup aside for kneading)
3Tablespoons sugar(use less if you want it less sweet anything from ½ to 1 ½ tablespoons is fine for a less sweet dough)
4Tablespoons butter(softened)
3/4 cup milk
Filling
⅔ cup brown sugar
1tbspcinnamon
4 Tbspbutter(softened)
Glaze
3 oz cream cheese(room temperature)
3 Tablespoon butter(softened)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 Tablespoon milk

Instructions
The Dough
In the bowl of your mixer, add the self rising flour, sugar and butter, mix together, then add the milk.
Mix till it comes together in a ball.
Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead a bit then roll out into a 9 by 13 rectangle
Preheat the oven to 375°F then go ahead and mix the filling.
Filling
Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon and set aside
Spread softened butter on the rolled out dough, then pour the cinnamon Brown sugar mix evenly all over the butter on the dough. Press down lightly with the palm of your hands.
Roll up the filled dough into a log starting from the longer side of the rectangle.
Then divide the dough into 2 equal parts then divide each half into 6 equal parts. You now have 12 cinnamon rolls.
Arrange them in a greased pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the top is lightly browned and the dough is fully cooked.
Bring out the cinnamon rolls and let it cool. While it cooks go ahead and start making the frosting.
Frosting:
Whisk the butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar till light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and milk.
Spread frosting over the cinnamon rolls and enjoy
Notes
If you are not using self rising flour, add 1 Tbsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt to the 2 1/4 cup of flour you are using.
You can use less or more sugar for the dough based on how sweet you want it.
For the filling you can use up to 1 ½ tablespoons of cinnamon if you want an intense cinnamon flavor.
