Ingredients

  • 1 Cup granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch optional

Instructions

  • Mix Cornstarch and granulated sugar together in a bowl.
  • Scoop mix into a blender and blend till smooth.
  • Sieve the powdered sugar ( confectioners sugar ) into another bowl.

Notes

If you intend to use your homemade confectioners sugar immediately, you don't need to add the cornstarch. The cornstarch is used for longer storage because it helps prevent the confectioners sugar from clumping together.
