Hello people,

Chicken is a popular feature in most meals at home and in Parties. It's definitely a favorite with children.

Preparing an evenly spiced chicken can be a daunting task but with the recipe below, it would definitely hit the right spot and your family or  guests will keep coming for more.

This recipe is similar to my caramelized onion spicy chicken recipe the difference being the apple juice.

            Recipe

Prep Time 20mins             Pot: 8 qts

cook time 70 mins             Yield: 12 servings

Roast time 1hr 40mins

 

Ingredients:

  • 4.2 kg or 3 whole hard chicken cut up
  • 2 large 1 medium oninons
  • 3 habanero/ scotch bonnet pepper
  • salt/ bullion cube to taste
  • 1-¼ cup apple juice

Directions:
