I am sorry both recipes are calorie loaded but one is less carb-ey than the other. But both taste amazing. And lucky us I will be sharing both methods today.

If you ask me, the best flavor for this ice cream is vanilla flavor. I have used vanilla flavor for this recipe for like forever. Recently I found a birthday cake extract online. I haven’t tried it yet but will do so when the spirit leads me to buy it. 😉

I always start My no churn ice cream recipes with a base ice cream recipe which is my vanilla ice cream recipe.
Whip the cream. Be careful not to overwhip or else you are well on yoiur way to making butter.
Make the vanilla ice cream and swirl in the sprinkles. That’s it!

No Churn Birthday Cake Ice cream
Equipment
- Hand mixer or Stand mixer
Ingredients
- 2 cups cold heavy cream
- 1 (14oz) can condensed milk
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup sprinkles
- ¼ cup vanilla cake mix (only for method 2)
Instructions
- Pour cold heavy cream and vanilla extract into bowl, Whisk heavy cream till fluffy ( always be careful not to over whisk or else you will be on your way to making homemade butter)
- Add the vanilla flavor or extract and then fold in the sweetened condensed milk
Method 1: (Gluten Free Method)
- Transfer the ice cream into an ice cream bowl
- Pour the sprinkles on top and gently mix in in an S or swirl motion ( I prefer to mix in the sprinkles at the end to reduce the chances of a bleed of colors)
- Freeze for up to 6 hrs to overnight
Method 2:
- Since the vanilla cake mix has raw flour, I like to put it in a microwave safe bowl and heat it up for 20 secs then let it cool before use.
- After folding in the sweetened condensed milk, gently mix in the cooled cake mix, add in sprinkles,
- Transfer to an ice cream bowl cover with cling wrap and freeze for up to 6 hrs to overnight.
