This Vegan Banana Bread is so easy to make and soooo moist and delicious. It’s totally vegan but even non vegans love it.
Recently I noticed egg allergies are on the rise among my family and friends with my brother declaring that he is actually considering going vegan. I have also been receiving requests for vegan recipes or questions on how to veganize a recipe.
Since I love trying out recipes and creating delicious recipes so I took up the challenge to include vegan recipes on the blog. Not just any vegan recipe but vegan recipes that can stand up to any other non vegan recipe. So here we are with this Easy Vegan Banana Bread.
How to make Vegan Banana Bread.
I adapted my banana bread recipe to make this super moist vegan banana bread. You won’t believe there are no eggs in this recipe. Thanks to the effect of flax eggs a great egg substitute. The mashed bananas also help to keep the bread moist. Make sure to use very ripe bananas for this recipe.
For this recipe you need one bowl, 3 very ripe bananas, flax eggs, canola oil or coconut oil ( you can use vegan butter ) brown sugar or white sugar and all purpose flour.

A. That depends on your idea of healthy. Banana bread is assumed to be healthy because it contains a fruit. But the high sugar content may lead one to think otherwise. A. I haven’t tried it yet but I know bananas are usually used as a substitute for oil in some recipes. This recipe already has bananas so I would assume leaving the oil out would be fine.
