- Powdered milk (optional, if you use this, there would be no need to add liquid milk when mixing the batter for pancakes)

- Mixing bowl
- A 48 or 56 oz storage jar
- 6 cups flour
- 6 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup of powdered milk optional
- 3 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Measure out all ingredients into a clean mixing bowl
- Whisk all ingredients till combined.

- 1 cup of pancake mix
- ¾ cup milk (use water if you opted to use powdered milk in your pancake mix)
